Deliveries outside the state of Qatar are subject to local taxes, customs duties or customs presentation taxes. Following a cancellation request by the customer, products already shipped and / or released will be reimbursed while deducting expenses incurred. melo melo does not reimburse the duties or taxes even if they have been prepaid. Our customers can contact us to obtain the procedure for reimbursement of these costs from their customs. The refusal to pay local taxes, customs duties or presentation fees to customs leads to a recall of the order back to Qatar and the cancellation of the order. Expenses incurred will be deducted from reimbursement.
